Registered Nurse Case Manager (Full-Time)

32 to 40 hour full time position with benefits Minimum requirements: Registered Nurse Degree from an accredited school of nursing with at least one year of experience in acute care, home health, nursing facility settings or hospice preferred. Licensed by the Commonwealth of KY.

SRNA, Hospice Aide (Full-Time)

Full Time position available. Four 10 hour workdays with every other weekend.  Hours 10:00 A.M. until 8:30 P.M.   Minimum requirements: State Registered Nurse Aide with active status through the KY State Nurse Aide Registry with at least one year of experience in acute care, home health, nursing facility settings or hospice preferred.

32 to 40 hour full time position with benefits Hours: 2:30pm till 11:00pm (with a 2 hour flexibility of start/stop times) Minimum requirements: Licensed Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing with at least one year of experience in acute care, home health, nursing facility settings or hospice preferred.  Licensed by the Commonwealth of KY.  Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens.  Must have reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance. Secretary/Receptionist (Full-Time)

Full time position with benefits Minimum requirements: High School graduate, or equivalent. Advanced training/degree preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills a must. General office skills including knowledge and ability to use MS Word and Excel programs.
